This is Kimba or Leo from Kimba the White Lion or also known as Jungle Emperor Leo. I liek the name Kimba a lot more... b/c ... it'a cooler =w=... anyways~~ I watched Kimba when I was young, and yeah~ very similar to Simba Lion King, there's a whole debate about it that I wont go into. But personally, i think they are very different, b/c Kimba deals with humans more... yeah...
